MY MISSION: To build a needlepoint community in Savannah. Needlepoint is for all ages and can be entertaining as well as therapeutic. I want people to come into the store, sit, stitch, improve their skills and make friends.

MY MOTTO: "Do it scared." After thinking about opening a store for years, this phrase from a podcast hit home. It’s a reminder that fear of the unknown can keep us from our best lives. While the fear never fades, the happiness and success of the store has far outweighed the fear.

I ADMIRE WOMEN WHO: Are not afraid to step out of their comfort zone and who encourage others to do the same. I have learned that most women are very willing to help others, especially in this industry. Women helping women is empowering. I could not have opened the store without the help of many women, near and far.
